The USDB Sales Store begins reopening June 15. Items for sale will be finished product items already in stock — no custom orders or modifications. The Combined Arms Center Golf Scramble is at 1 p.m. June 26 at the Trails West Golf Course. Cost is $50 for members and $60 for non-members. Register by 3 p.m. June 25 to save $5. The gates are open at all four on-post schools until July 31 for temporary resident parking to help during the busy moving season. Cars, trucks, trailers and moving vans are permitted. Recreational vehicles and boats are not permitted. When using parking lots, park in the spots farthest away from the school buildings.

Gruber Fitness Center, Harney Sports Complex and the Harney Sports Complex Annex are now open weekdays from 5-9 a.m. for active-duty service members only and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3-6 p.m. for all eligible patrons. Harrold Youth Center virtual programming has started. Programs run from 9-9:45 a.m., 2-2:45 p.m., 3-3:45 p.m. and 4-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. To participate, parents must complete a parent consent form and a code of conduct. Links to the events will be provided and some events need hygienically packed supply kits that will be provided by HYC with pick-up from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. The Fort Leavenworth Tax Center is open on a limited basis. Tax Center personnel will be contacting customers to coordinate the completion of returns. Priority will be given to customers who had appointments scheduled before the shutdown. The Tax Center door will remain locked, and document drop-off is by appointment only. Masks are required. Fort Leavenworth is conducting repaving projects over the next few weeks. Traffic will be affected along Kickapoo Road, Bluntville Avenue, the roads around Sherman Army Airfield and a portion of Kearny Avenue between McClellan and Thomas Avenues. There will be flag crews, lane closures and detours.

Fort Leavenworth Chaplain Counseling Services are available for guidance, help and counseling. To reach a chaplain, call the Religious Support Office at 684-2210. For emergencies after hours, call the Emergency Operations Center at 684-4448 to reach the on-call chaplain.

The Fort Leavenworth ID Card and DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) office is open from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with a limited staff. Appointments are required for PIN reset, DEERS enrollment, initial ID card, expired or expiring within 30 days ID card, lost ID card or ID card needed for a medical appointment.

Cloth face coverings are required to enter the Fort Leavenworth Commissary, Post Exchange, Shoppette and Munson Army Health Center.

The Fort Leavenworth Commissary and Post Exchange have special shopping hours from 9-10 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for patrons over the age of 60, expectant mothers and patrons requiring special assistance.
