  • The 30th annual Command and General Staff College Triathlon starts at 8 a.m. May 4 at Harney Sports Complex. The course consists of a 200-yard indoor swim, a 12.6-mile bike route and a 5-kilometer run. Individual pre-registration is $55, and day-of registration is $60. Relay team (two or three-person) pre-registration is $70 and day-of registration is $75. Packet pick-up is 4-6 p.m. May 3 at the Frontier Conference Center. The minimum age to participate is 13. There will be awards for overall male and female winners, top three in each age group and top male, female and mixed relay team. Register by April 24 for T-shirt guarantee.     Strike Zone bowling center has new hours. Bowling hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday. The grill is open from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.
    The Army Community Service Exceptional Family Member Program Recreational Bowling 2019 dates are 9-11 a.m. May 4, June 8, July 6, Aug. 3, Sept. 7, Oct. 5, Nov. 2 and Dec. 7 at Strike Zone Bowling Center. The free event includes shoes.For more information, call (913) 651-2195.
