  • All services at Munson Army Health Center will be closed Sept. 4 for the Labor Day holiday.
    Munson Army Health Center will be minimally staffed beginning at noon Sept. 13 for mandatory training.
    The next Patient Advisory Council Meeting is noon to 1 p.m. Sept. 22 in Munson Army Health Center’s main conference room. For individuals who wish to participate but cannot attend, the meeting will be broadcast via Facebook Live on the MAHC Facebook page. For more information call the Public Affairs Officer at 684-6343.
    Munson Army Health Center staff ask that patients refrain from cell phone use during appointments.
    Call the Munson Army Health Center Appointment Line at 684-6250 for an appointment with a provider to get information about the Wellness For Life Program at MAHC.
    The Command and General Staff Officer Course Executive Wellness Program is now in room 4533 at the Lewis and Clark Center. Students can call 684-7331 or text (913) 742-0722 to make an appointment with the Executive Wellness physical therapist.
    Soldiers may now be referred to Smith Dental Clinic for oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea or primary snoring. Call 684-5516 for more information.
    Munson Army Health Center exam rooms are a fast food free zone. MAHC staff request that patients not bring food into exam rooms.
    Gentry Clinic will check ticks for disease. Bring the tick to Gentry Clinic in a container and the Preventive Medicine staff will send the tick off for testing. To reduce the chances of getting a tickborne disease, use repellants, check for ticks and shower after being outdoors. Seek medical attention if a fever or rash follows a tick bite.     all new CGSC students need to visit Smith Dental Clinic to check records and help reset dental readiness before in-processing. All National Guard and Reserve need to bring a DD 2813 or recent exam to be set up in the system. This will help decrease readiness e-mails and ensure that CGSC students stay deployable while in school.
    The Munson Army Health Center lab Now performs phlebotomy (blood draw) on young children and infants. Call 684-6161 for information.
