  • The new Fit for Performance classes are Tuesdays from 2:30-4 p.m. at the first floor VTC room. Session 1 is offered on Tuesdays from 8-9:30 a.m. The next 6-week weight loss class series begins Feb. 14 and ends March 21. For more information call 684-6250.

    Munson Army Health Center has a new Behavioral Health Data Portal system. This web application allows for improved symptom assessment and clinical outcome tracking. This new system replaces the paper behavioral health forms that had to be filled out every time a patient had an appointment with a primary care physician. The new system has a superior tracking ability and only requires quarterly screening.
    Because of an increased demand for optometry services to maximize soldier readiness, there may be a temporary delay in services for family members in the Optometry Clinic. If Munson Army Health Center cannot meet needs, patients will be referred to the network for care.
    The POSE running clinic meets from 2-4 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the racquetball court at Gruber Fitness Center. For information, call 684-6175.
    The Exceptional Family Member Program office has changed the process for receiving phone calls. Patients must now call the appointment line at 684-6250 and ask to be transferred to EFMP. To schedule an appointment, call 684-6250 or visit https://www.munson.amedd.army.mil and select the EFMP link under the Departments and Services tab.
    Beneficiaries can now enroll to donate bone marrow and stem cells at the Munson Army Health Center laboratory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, visit www.salutetolife.org or call 800-MARROW3.

    The Munson Army Health Center Release of Information office has new hours — 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The MAHC Release of Information office is now open during the lunch hour.
    Munson Army Health Center uses the Army Medicine Secure Messaging Service allowing beneficiaries to communicate with their health care team online. To register, visit the reception desk at any of the primary clinics in MAHC. Patients will have to fill out a form at the clinic so identification can be verified. An e-mail invitation should be received within three working days.
