February is Family Child Care Amnesty Month. People providing child care on post must be certified and approved if they are caring for children in their home on a regular basis for more than 10 hours per week. According to Army Regulation 608-10, all child care providers must be certified through Child, Youth and School Services Family Child Care program. Classes are monthly and certification is free. Register without penalty during the month of February. Call the Family Child Care program at 684-5129 for more information.
