In August 2010, the U.S. Army Installation Management Command and the privatized housing partners agreed on the “Residents Bill of Rights” as part of the Army Family Action Plan. Army leaders collected suggestions and recommendations from Soldiers and their families to make the housing processes more efficient and consistent. This agreement standardizes procedures in an effort to provide and guarantee an exceptional level of customer service.
The satisfaction of all residents is extremely important to Fort Leavenworth Frontier Heritage Communities. High quality customer service helps create loyalty and trust. One of the many reasons for the Residents Bill of Rights is to give residents a clear understanding of how to obtain service and get answers to questions they have.
Residents with any issues or concerns regarding their housing need to take the proper steps to get them resolved in a quick and timely manner. For example, maintenance issues, such as a leaky faucet or landscape concerns, should be referred to the maintenance department at (913) 651-3838. The lease agreement makes it the resident’s responsibility to report all maintenance issues and known requirements.
Residents with other housing issues are encouraged to contact the FLFHC office at (913) 682-6300. The FLFHC team will take all steps necessary to resolve the issue.
Residents who feel their needs have not been met or are not satisfied with level of service they received should ask to speak with management.
FLFHC is committed to providing superior customer service in support of the Army Family Covenant. FLFHC also strives to provide honest and straightforward communication. Residents are welcome to contact the FLFHC office anytime with any questions they may have.
