Fort Leavenworth is hosting the Second Annual Run for the Fallen at 8 a.m. Aug. 11 at the Resiliency Center, 600 Thomas Ave. Participants can walk or run a three-mile course. This event is open to the public and will feature a reception from 9-11 a.m. to showcase the Center of Valor and Remembrance, a wing of the Resiliency Center dedicated to survivors to honor their fallen service members.
