• Service center offers help with TRICARE

  • Beneficiary walk-in assistance is available at the TRICARE Service Center on the first floor of Munson Army Health Center. The center is open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

    The TRICARE Service Center is staffed with three customer service representatives and a clinical liaison nurse who are available to help walk-in customers with enrollments, enrollment payments, provider network inquiries, benefits questions, referral and authorization inquiries and claim issues.

    The TRICARE Service Center is staffed with three customer service representatives and a clinical liaison nurse who are available to help walk-in customers with enrollments, enrollment payments, provider network inquiries, benefits questions, referral and authorization inquiries and claim issues.
    The TRICARE Service Center is also the home office for Kathy Lucero, Beneficiary Service Education representative for Eastern Kansas and Missouri,excluding the St. Louis area. Lucero conducts TRICARE educational briefings for active duty, retirees and the reserve and national components as well as all family members. She assists mobilizing and demobilizing troops to help them understand the benefits they and their families have under the TRICARE program.
    Beneficiaries can also call (888) TRIWEST (874-9378) for information on enrollment, claims and referral authorization status, benefits and eligibility and general customer service needs. Telephone service is provided 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
